In this case, there are several owners, and it is established policy that they 
get 50% off drinks.  Personally, I don't really care if they pay or not, as 
long as there is a policy that is followed consistently - so when we ring him 
a tab and he walks it, do we circumvent policy and 100% comp it?  Do we do the 
50% comp and pay for it out of tips, since we didn't take a card from him as a 
sign of respect and trust that he's an owner and will pay before he leaves?  I 
don't care - I just want a consistently followed policy.
