Where i've worked if the owner offered me money for a drink it would be rung 
in but if not i wouldn't present him with a check.  He owns the booze anyway, 
if he wants to pay for it again to either balance the books or set an example 
then great, but i wouldn't be loosing sleep over it if he didn't pay.
