I really don't get this. Is it that difficult to bang out a martini or cosmo
quickly? It's our job to satisfy the customer's thirst, be it with a Bud
Light or a slightly dirty, dry shaken gin martini with a twist. Is it slower
than popping beers? Yep. But it's still our job to make the customers happy,
be they owners, regulars, or just normal patrons.
My pet peeve is when, like last night, the owner thinks he can walk his tab
because he owns the joint.
