

As bippo said, it's a body clock thing... It'll change with time. I've now got
into a routine of going to bed late and getting up late, i'm not sleeping for
longer, just at different times compared to the normal 9-5 workers..
I have to remind myself sometimes that it ain't a lazy thin to get up at 11am
or noon, if i've been up late the night before...
Once your body gets used to it, thoses 11pm tierdness waves won't hit in as
much!!!
