When I was a barback...or bar-runner...as they rightfully called it, I'd often 
literally break a sweat, and come home dead tired with aching muscles. 

We had to cary beer cases, and ice-bins straight up over our heads to cut 
through the crowds...it's not easy work. I'm not saying girls can't do 
it...I'm just saying, there's a reason girls were more likely to be found 
doing coat-check, or taking cover at the door...
