As others have said, bartending through college is a great way to make damn
good money (provided you're in the right venue), and at the same time keep
yourself in a fun environment. I'm a full time student and full time bar
manager, and I'm able to keep up with both and still go out boozing on the
weeknights.

As far as bar school - if you can get a job as a barback first, I'd suggest
that. If you do go to bar school, be very careful about choosing the right
one. Some are better than others.

How do I pour? What is 'cl', 'oz' and 'pt'? How should I handle glassware?.
