There are a number of apple pie drinks on this site. They include:
     1 oz Light rum
     1/2 oz Sweet Vermouth
     1 tsp Applejack
     1 tsp Lemon juice
     1/2 tsp Grenadine
shake and strain
Apple Pie with a Crust
     3 parts Apple juice
     1 part Coconut rum (Malibu)
     3 dashes Cinnamon or cloves
mix and sprinkle with cinnamon
Apple Pie Shot
     1/4 oz Irish Mist
     1/4 oz Cinnamon schnapps
     1/4 oz Frangelico
     1/4 oz Amaretto
Hope that helps.
