What is the minimum you are expected to make during what time frame ?? On
our speed test here in Louisiana, had to make 16 in 12 minutes. Given three
drink orders at once. I only screwed up once by putting a cherry in a
Lynchburg tea. At least the tester turned off the strobe lights and played
Sinatra instead of Lynard Skynard while I taking this speed exam. Some of us
have to have our modifications.
