I have workied in a couple places that I could smoke around. And smoking
doesnt bother me to this day. However I would not like to see my bartender
smoking, simply becasue of the understanding of safety and sanitation that we
have today. After smokng, hands should be wasked and sanitized for 30 seconds
(how many drink can you pop out in 30 seconds???) and should be done BEFORE
touching any fresh garnishes.. Otherwise , just have you bartender lick every
lime befroe he/she puts it in your margarita.
