Bugger dude, sorry I didn't realise you were new to it all.

If you're brand new to the whole night monkey lifestyle, then yeah, it is a 
bit of an adjustment. It'll take a few months or so not just for your body to 
get used to the work, but also for your body clock to get in sync. Instead of 
doing all your work between 8 and 5, it's now between 5 and 2. You'll get used 
to it eventually, but it does take some getting used to. My advice is learn to 
sleep in. ;)
