The 3 coffee beans are arranged in a three-leaf clover kind of way.
The significance of the 3 coffee beans comes from the "il moscato"/ sambuca
ceremony. 3 coffee beans, or any uneven number, mean that the customer is
welcome (that is an Italian custom).
