Subject: Shooter girl question...
From: Mister2

Alright, my GM wants to bring on a shooter girl. I've heard two different
explanations for how it works, and I'm trying to figure out which is more
effective, both for the bar and for the girl's tips (I know why so many of you
hate the tipping culture, but it's here, can't work around it right now).

A - Girl works like a beer tub, shots get poured at the beginning of the
night, counted at the beginning, counted at the end, she owes for the
difference.

B - Girl buys shots from the bar as she goes, either at a discount or full
price, then upcharges for them to the customer to make her tips - since she
paid for the shots up front, I can't really stop her from reselling.

Which way works best? Has anyone here had any experience running a shot girl
like this?

Thanks!
