Subject: New job - is there a typical learning curve?

I landed my second bartending job a week ago, previously worked at a smaller
bar with one well, and only one bartender on duty. This place I started at a
week ago is a large hotel downtown with a big bar, 3 wells, 3 tenders on duty
when it's busy. I still feel lost after a week. It's not a problem making the
drinks, but I feel 'in the way' of the other bartenders alot, confused on
where things are kept, unsure how the hell to place the floormats down when I
open, how the closing/change of shift works, making the coffee, using the
computer...all the little things are still kind of a mystery to me, and it's
making it a little 'stressful' to go into work still. In previous job I felt
confident and in control pretty quickly.

Just wondering if there is a general 'learning curve' or how long it usually
takes a new bartender to become adjusted and totally familiar with a new bar.
I know it varies, but just wondering if other bartenders had similar issues
early in their career (about 2 years experience now, but only at one bar).
