there is a new cream liqueur out that i think is great. it's chocolate mint
cream, i think it is by baley's but i'm not sure.

i was thinking mixing a home made cream de minth cream de cacao and irish
cream
and then playing around with it.

any'hoo here are a couple i click and pasted from varous web sites the bottem
is the best irish cream recipe i have. actualy i had that was much better, but
i lost it, sorry:( i think they added a little instant coffie and they
prefered using "irish whisky" or brandy and the ratios are different.

check out this site too

i have a good barinjager recipe too.

From Cordials From Your Kitchen by Pattie Vargas and Rich Gulling:
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup water
1 1/2 cups 80-proof vodka
1/4 teaspoon sweet orange flavoring oil
2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
1/2 cup condensed orange juice (see below)
1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
4 drops red food coloring
6 drops yellow food coloring
Condensed Juice: Condensed orange juice is made using 1 can frozen orange
juice concentrate and only 2 cans water.

Boil sugar and water together until sugar dissolves. Cool to just warm.
Combine vodka and flavorings in 1-quart container. Add syrup, condensed orange
juice, and condensed milk. Add food coloring (if desired), adjusting as
needed. Cover and shake vigorously. Store in refrigerator for up to 1 month.

Irish Cream, Home Made #2
------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Ingredients:
3 Egg
1 can sweetened Condensed milk (Eagle Brand)
1 pint Whipping cream
2 tblsp Chocolate syrup (Hersheys)
2 drops Coconut syrup / extract
1 cup Vodka
1/2 cup Brandy or bourbon
Mixing instructions:
Mix all ingredients in a blender until well stirred. Great in your favorite
drink recipes or straight as a dessert. Drink contents within two weeks. Some
ingredients are perishable. Store in an airtight container so you can shake it
before each use. The chocolate settles at the bottom.
