I'd love to help you out Carl but to properly do so i'll need more info.
Nothing with bacardi and green color comes to mind, although greed food
coloring will work in anything so keep that in find. If you want to keep
things simple then i'd just recommend buying rum and then looking in the
Webtender drink data base with the key word "rum" or even probably "bacardi".
You'll come up with tons or results so just scan down the list and pick a few
drinks that sound good and give them a try, there is even a rating system for
each drink. Pick drinks that have common ingredients few ingredients. A few
classic rum drinks that i've tried and like are a pina colada and banana mama,
bacardi cocktail, rum runner, mai tai, hurricane, zombie.... the list goes on
and on and on. What about a punch? Maybe pick a simple, potent recipe that
suits your liking, a little green food coloring... Hey, I don't know, it's
just an idea. Email me if you have any specific questions or post another one
here and hopefully people will chime in. Happy St. Patrick's Day (and b-day to
your friend.
