Subject: Working with someone less than par

I had a tough night last night, working with a new bartender. Down here in
Florida, it is prime season and I was looking forward to being slammed and
making tons of dough. Not only was I in the weeds all night, but the sales
were low, tips were less than I would make off-season, and the girl I worked
with was basically twiddling her thumbs while I busted my butt. The girl was
sweet and all, but I hate it when I have to split everything 50/50 with a
slacker. To top it off, she told the closing manager that she felt like she
was doing evertything! How do I deal with this situation without hurting
anyone's feelings? Has anyone ever felt this way? High season should be
pulling in the money, not vice versa.
