I'm kinda chemist, but I'm also kinda a bartender; so yeah you'll figure it
out. I have a few books; Bartending for Dummies- Ray Foley, Ultimate A to Z
-Sharon Tyler Herbst & Ron Herbst, and New American Bartenders Handbook - Dave
Broom. What I've discovered is the information is all across the board, not
to mention most of the drinks I make at my bar are yet to be in the books.
The ultimate answers can really be found here. But then again, the more
complicated the question the better answer. What I do is read the books, then
use this and Cheryl Charming's website to decipher the info.
The other thing to do is just camp out on this website every now and then,
eventually you'll catch some interesting, educational debates.
