This would be easy if they were there.  It's my understanding that this is a 
night time bartender who is leaving the mess for the opening tender, which is 
the same as in my case.  By the time you see the other person, the evidence 
has been long gone.  Being mature, doinging the right thing and confronting 
them should be an obvious first attempt at rectifying the problem. If that 
doesn't work, then what?  Sometimes the politics will keep your hands tied, 
leaving you frustrated and angry, wondering where you last saw the super glue.
