As a manger I look at it this way: if there are problems with mistakes, it 
will center around a particular bartender, and thast person has no business 
behind the bar.  If it a common thing amongst all bartenders, then the simple 
tracking of those mistakes etc.  tend to resolve this issue.  Inspect what u 
expect.
