In all likelihood, the Cowgirl Quencher is a proprietary drink of the Texas
Roadhouse, which means that no one else is going to have the recipe.

However, what you can try to do is ask one of the bartenders or servers what
ingredients are in the drink. Don't ask for the recipe as they will probably
not give it to you. They might be willing to tell you what is in it though.

If you can get the ingredients, one of us might be able to come up with an
approximate recipe.
