In the past, stricktly as a quick fix, I have found that if the sensors that
tell the machine to make more ice are playing up that you can trick the
machine by heating them with a lighter. It will probably be a small metal bar
inside the ice bin at about the height that the ice cubes normally fill to.
Works for a few weeks in my experience. An engineer is probably your best bet
though as the machine will innevitably give up the ghost on a Saturday night
in the middle of Summer and you'll be left with no ice.. Cheers Jake.
