I have to say i'm suprised that you use lime as a default. Are there any other
cocktails where you've taken it upon yourself to change the origional recipe
without changing the name ,-)? (rum martini anyone?)I have to say that if I
ordered a sour of any vareity other than Pisco and it arrived made with lime
I'd send it back without a taste. Do you warn people you use lime when they
order?
