I would definitly return it. Baileys has a dairy base and, as with all dairy 
products, will go bad. I'm sure that it has been super pasturized and probably 
has all kinds of preservatives, one of them being alcohol, but that's not the 
point. The use by date is stamped on there for a reason and retailers should 
pay more attention to this to avoid these sort of situations. Good luck.
