As far as I am aware most modern day "schnapps" are infact liqueurs, that is
they are fruit steeped in distilled spirit. The distillation process removes
any gluten so that would be safe but unfortunatly I don't know the chance of
one of the additives containing gluten. Maybe an email to De Kuyper would be
your safest bet?
