I would have to say the main reason for becoming fascinated at the age of
twelve is that my father played alot of golf tournaments in Las Vegas, and the
bartenders always looked as if they enjoyed their job. Shy and
intimidation--well I am definately not shy. The intimidation part of my coment
was--at the time (age 22) I did not feel confident enough to become as good.
How dumb is that? Was it a dream of mine since the age of twelve? Not really.
I am the type of person that likes to have experience in alot of things. I
have helped to run a tree business since I was 20 and it is not my dream. I
want a change, I like the bar scene, even though I hardly ever drink. I like
the people I meet and I hope to do great. Thanks for the responses.

How do I pour? What is 'cl', 'oz' and 'pt'? How should I handle glassware?.
