no its not too late.  I would attend a bartending school there normaly like a 
week or 2 long and you get cirtified and learn everything you need to know.  
or go to totalyfreebartending.com they send you one lesson a day it's free and 
you learn a lot however its not hands on and you do miss out but it is free 
and it will help you learn your stuff.  once you go do that look for a 
bartending job in a resturant or slower bar work some slow shifts for awhile 
untill you learn how to speen pour take alot of orders at once get fimlar with 
POS systems, checking ID's, Reconizing VIP's than go to a busy bar and have fun
