Scout for suitable locations first, say get 3 possible venues. Look at 
everything, common sense mostly - size of the place, clientel etc etc. You 
will most likely have to renovate, general rule is about $200 per square foot 
for your redecorating. Building the bar itself if its not already built 
depends on what you want and how deep your pockets are.... then you have to 
stock it.

Not only that you will have a massive wage bill as you start out as you will 
need to train all your staff up etc

You should find your three locations will vary wildly in costs. Very brief i 
know but short on time at the moment! Happy holidays
