Select "alcohol laws" below the alcohol research section. You'll get a map of 
all 50 states. click on a state and you'll get the info. TIPS is certified by 
several state governments to provide training on various aspects of alcoholic 
beverages so I would guess that the info they put on their web site is 
reliable.
