I don't think Micros will ever be the 'perfect' accountant in a bar setting.
Too many variables. Example, I can hit the LIIT button, but all the customer
has to say is that they want it top shelf, or as top shelf as possible while
remaining true to the drink, then I could make it with individual spirits
instead of the mix, and there's no way Micros can discern what I'm doing.
