You should be able to mess with Aloha a little more to get it to do what you 
want.  Do a "modify, upsell" or something along those lines.  It just adds one 
more button to your operation.  Definitely worth looking into.  I used Aloha 
at the last place I worked and was really happy with it (especially when it 
came to food).
