Subject: Liquor Taxes
From: Jeff P

South Carolina is the last state in the Union going to liquor by the drink,
with 'big bottles'. We have been using the 'mini bottle', like on airplanes.
The state will begin to charge a 5% tax on each drink sold, as opposed to a 25
cents tax on the mini bottle. The restaurant or bar will be charged a 5% on
each drink, as opposed by a tax on the 'big bottle'.

What other state has this type of tax structure?

What is the best way to set this up on a POS?

Just looking for a bone here!

Thanks, Jeff
