Thanks for all of your replies thus far. Here is an amalgamated list of all of
the responses. If anyone has any additions please let me know. Given that
there doesn't seem to be an online resource such as this, maybe the Webtender
can host it after it is fleshed out some more.
Another question? Is there any value in trying to identify the best
examples/brands of each of these liquors so that those travelling abroad will
know what too look for? Or is that going to generate an unwieldy volume of
information since everybody has a different opinion of what is good? You are
all bartenders of some form from what I gather, so you must have some idea
what the premium brands are if nothing else.
