Off the top of my head....

England= Ale, gin, cider, cider brandy
Scotland= whiskey
Ireland= stout, whiskey
Wales= Sheep??????
France= wine, champagne, vermouth, fruit liqueurs (cremes), brandy (cognac, 
armagnac, calvados).
Italy= wine, grappa, vermouth, bitters (campari, fernet branca, aperol) 
aperetifs, liqueurs- (ammaretto, maraschino, strega, cynar).
Germany= beer, wine.
Denmark= aquavit
Sweden= vodka
Finland= vodka
Norway= schnapps
Austria= schnapps, liqueurs
Estonia= vodka
 ummmmmm where else is in Europe.......
