I had a barback get caught serving himself and his friend shots and then not
ring them up, breaking BOTH of the first two rules of working in my particular
bar.
Punishment? Suspended for that weekend and the next. I'm AMAZED he didn't
get reprimanded more harshly - especially seeing as one of the owners saw him
drinking on the job in the past.
