Exactly.  This guy is the only level of management for the establishment - 
there are the employees, then him, then the owners.  When I DO find another 
gig and I quit, I'm going to bring this to the attention of the owners, but 
just in case they take his side over mine, I'm waiting til I have something 
else in the bag.

That seems a bit extreme, but after last weekend, I DEFINITELY understand the 
sentiment.
