If you are working in a bar, generaly the sweet and sour is Margarita mix on
the soda gun. Now, this is in a lot of bars where cost of making fresh sweet
and sour is prohibitive because of spoilage and location (limes are about .69
cents a peice and liemons are about .75 a peice here in the Rockies). Many
bars will make their own if the cost of doing this is not too high.

If you are learning t make drinks at home, then use the recipe posted before
and make it from scratch AND get a bottle of grocery store Sweet and Sour and
do a comparison. You will find the fresh stuff to be so much better than the
store bought, you'll be amazed!
