apple grog
1 1/2 oz apple jack
1/2 oz bacardi 151
1 tbsp brown suger
4 oz water
2 whole allspice
1 pice of cinnamon
2 inch strip of lemon peel

put apple jack suger water allspice and cinnamon in a sause pan and heat it up
to just below boiling but don't boil. keep it at that temp untill the suger
mixes in. then put it in a mug and float the 151 on top.

i will take the above recipe and instead of applejack and water i use 6 oz of
boone's farm apple flavor wine and i'll cook it down a bit longer. finaly i
add 2 oz of bacardi on top.
