Here in Hawaii, at the Turtle Bay Resort, we call the very same drink a 
"Tropical Turtle", although we don't shake it. We fill a 12oz glass with ice 
and pour in 1 oz Malibu (coconut) rum, 1 oz Midori, fill with pineapple juice, 
and then add a splash of blue curacao on top.
