We often used spill sheets to ring a few drinks "on the house" for
DESERVING guests. Normally there was a disclaimer associated with the use of
the spill sheet for buying drinks for customers--Do not use this sheet solely
as a means to make more money for yourself. It should be used to promote your
services and the greatness of the bar itself. What I mean is, "free" drinks
should be given to guests who spend a lot of money, bring a lot of people in
the door, new guests who could do either or both of the previous on this list,
etc.
I worked for Dave n Buster's years ago and we had to write down reasons why
we gave away drinks (we got 3 drinks a night to give away). We were told often
that the reason "Nice _______" (fill in your favortie part of the anatomy
here) is never a good enough reason to give away a drink. Have fun!

Cheers,
Corey Keys
