What do you mean by "normal barback roles" ?? Having been barbacking for the
past 4 months in a fairly busy nightclub, I'm sort of curious as to what I
SHOULD be doing vs. what I am doing. I'm not too terribly concerned about
what I AM doing that may be wrong - the cocktail waitresses all think I'm a
bartender, and the bartenders all think I'm the head barback (would be nice if
that title came with a pay raise), so I can't be screwing up too terribly, but
what would you expect of a barback?

How do I pour? What is 'cl', 'oz' and 'pt'? How should I handle glassware?.
