The basic recipe is:
4 oz pineapple juice
1 oz orange juice
1 oz coconut cream (not coconut milk) - Coco Lopez is the canonical brand
2-4 oz Pusser's rum, as per your preference
Poured over crushed ice or rocks.
Topped with nutmeg.
Pusser's is a slightly overproof rum, so you don't necessarily need as much.
