Only shake the muddled fruit with the liquor (in an ice filled shaker)!

However, also keep in mind: Don't shake sodas! (It eliminates/diminishes the
desired carbonation). I'd strain the shaken concoction into a fresh glass of
ice and then top with the soda.

I keep the desired fruit in my mojitos/capis drinkies. Yesterday I was
cranking out some blueberry ones and they appeared rather attractive remaining
in the glass amongst the cracked ice. My guests all requested spoons when
they got to the bottom of the glass and ate the very chilled and boozy
berries. They were yummy, as I made one for meself. :0)

How do I pour? What is 'cl', 'oz' and 'pt'? How should I handle glassware?.
