>As for Dale DeGroff's book, I have NO idea why I haven't added that to my
>library yet. So many books, so little time, I suppose
I agree with that sentiment. Some bartenders sleep, eat, goto the gym, work,
repeat cycle. Others sleep, drink, eat, drink, work. Another group would be
sleep, eat, read, work, socialize..I personally eat, read, drink, socialize,
drink, work.... yeah I don't sleep or hit the gym...
but it tis true so many books, so little time.
Some of my fav's are...
Cheryl's books
Ben Reed's books (even though some of his drinks I'd never try)
Dale Degroff's craft of the cocktail
Ray Foley's books
I forget the author but the book was called Joy of Mixology
and anything that has hot trendy drinks from hip spots...
Stay away from any book with the word "bible" or "Guide"....
