Dear N.Dr.,
Here's a little more info. about Chartreuse; Yellow, is colored with
saffron. It is lighter and sweeter than Green Chartreuse which is colored with
chlorophyll. It is drier, sharper and is higher in alcohol content. Originally
made by Carthusian monks in France's La Grande monastery.
