I also had troubles with Sam Octoberfest as well as Sam Boston Lager. The
west coast brewery was purchased by Miller and I couldn't get Sam at all. I
went with another octoberfest, then two weeks into October the salesman came
in and wanted to know how many Octoberfest kegs I wanted. Poor sales practices
seem to be pretty common in my market.
