Hey, I'm a newbie to the webtender, but not to the bar business. However, it's
been a long time since i've bartended and i just accepted a bar position and i
need someones help to refresh my memory on some things. I saw your ad about
the right way to pour a guiness and i'm just curious to know why, when your
pouring the guiness during the last step by pouring away from yourself, does
this make a difference?? And have you ever poured it over a spoon during the
second pour? You seem really knowledgeable and i'm just curious if you are a
