I was allways taught that a white russian was vodka, khalua& cream and that a
caucasian was vodka khalua 50/50 milk and cream, in the big lebowski he makes
it with 50/50 mix from a carton!
On the bond note it's a Vesper martini that bond drinks, 8parts gin, 4parts
vodka, 1part kina lillet, shaken not stirred. Named after double agent vesper
lind (not sure on the surname)!
