Well, the bar itself has about 10-13 seats- nothing huge. We have a lot of
wine service, beer service, but we do have a pretty big selection of liquors
and liquers.

I'm familiar with making most drinks- Martini's, Manhattans, Screwdriver's,
etc.
I took a bartending class( yes, I think they are overpriced and probably not
the best way to prepare)- but the owner seems like a genuinely nice guy
looking to give a college kid a shot ( the restaurant is in Ann Arbor, MI- U
of M territory).

I just finished my first night- and all I did was serve beer, wine, fill water
jars, cokes, etc. So I haven't had anyone come up and sit down to request a
drink. We'll see what happens tomorrow. I'm taking it a day at a time,
trying to build some confidence and see if I can realistically handle this
position. Not overconfident, not cocky, but realistically confident of my
abilities.

Dallas.
