     Being that one of the ingredients for a Long Island is "carbonated" cola 
I'd say it wouldn't hold up to well in a punch bowl. Aside from that 
everything else would work, keeping in mind that you would need to use the 
same proportions of ingredients. Off hand I'd suggest a friuty drink like a 
Mai-Tai or a Rum Runner. Actully I think there are some Halloween party ideas 
listed on the Webtender home page you may want to check out.
