I worked for club med for a year.  It was the best experience of my life.  
Huge benfit if you speak #1 French and/or #2 Spanish.  The key is you are on 
all the time.  You "work" 6 - 10 hr days a week, and when you are not 
"working" you are with the GMs (guests).  If you don't mind the hours it can 
be the perfect job to meet people travel and improve your skills.

If you are American your first assignment will be state side, after that you 
can start to branch out ... The best clubs are where the people with seniority 
go.
